Tropical Storm Rita: Here We Go Again...

Hurricane 2005 Season In Full Blast...

Tropical Storm Rita, which may soon become a hurricane, is headed for the Florida Keys and may continue on to Texas, Louisiana, or parts of Mexico. Let's pray in advance for the safety of those who live in the areas of the storm's projected path.

It's that time of year luv. Unfortunately, Hurricanes will be looked at as the great dangers they are with an even finer tooth comb in the wake of Katrina's devastating effects on the Gulf Coast. They were really picked apart before, but it's going to be even worse now.

My office is shutting down and I'm about to go home. ShellyP has already left to check on her babies. To Myrah, I am sick of the news coverage too, even though I am in the heart of it. It's all they've talked about since yesterday morning. And Nikki is right. It's not even close to being over. Usually, October is when the worse storms come. I am seriously considering leaving Florida!

We're getting heavy, and I mean "heavy" rains here in NC. I pray we don't have another episode.
